Let kids be kids!  Legoland’s audience consists mainly of children 2-12 years of age, but with a variety of rides and attractions, it is certainly a family fun park.

Busch Gardens – (1 hr 30 min from Aviana) Operated by SeaWorld and  located in Tampa. Get up-close with animals in this African-themed park that also features  breathtaking roller coasters and water rides  to satisfy the thrill seekers.

Boggy Creek Airboat Rides – (30 min from Aviana) Encounter some of Florida’s exotic wetland wildlife as you glide through the marshes aboard an airboat, daytime or after dark.  See and learn about a Native American village and way of life.

Bok Tower Gardens – (45 min from Aviana) Wallow in serenity in this vast landscaped garden featuring exotic and endangered plant species, Children’s Garden, Edible Garden and more.

Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens – (1 hr 5 min from Aviana) See some distinct animals of Florida and from around the world.  Kids will enjoy the petting zoo, feeding the giraffes, a small train trip around the property, and cooling off at the splash pad.

Gatorland – (31 min from Aviana) This is the authentic experience of Florida’s wild side with its famed marshland inhabitants.  Featuring a petting zoo, train trip, splash park, zip line and an off-road tour on a monster truck, this is absolutely a family adventure-packed place.

Tree Trek Adventure Park – (15 min from Aviana) Situated in a natural tree forest,  the park renders you to a wide range of challenging aerial obstacle courses and zip lines.  Activities cater to different ages and physical abilities.

Orlando Watersports Complex – (40 min from Aviana) This is the perfect place for water sports enthusiasts.  Try your skills on wakeboarding, wakeskating, wakesurfing, kneeboarding, or waterskiing.

Safari Wilderness Ranch – (40 min from Aviana) Book a safari vehicle tour of this expansive authentic safari park.  See exotic wetland wildlife up close, and even interact with them.

Wild Florida Airboats and Gator Park – (48 min from Aviana) Experience an airboat ride through wetlands deemed to be the most pristine nature preserve. Also featured are a tropical bird aviary and a sightseeing dock.

Vero Beach – (2 hrs from Aviana) A small Florida city with 13 beaches facing the Atlantic on a barrier island.  The most popular being Sebastian Inlet State Park, but check out the list to see which one strikes your fancy.

Cocoa Beach – (1 hr 30 min from Aviana)  Located between Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral, this city has 16 listed beaches on its 72 miles of Atlantic shoreline.  Take a peek and decide where to go.
